What do you stand for? Life or Death
In life we all must choose which direction we will go. We then take a stand and focus all efforts and energies into this stand in our daily decisions. In taking a stand for that thing, you live for it, fight for it, and ultimately die believing. So tell me what do you stand for? LIFE: As a child of the Most High God do you follow the laws of the kingdom in which Jesus reside and created or do you slip and slide in between worlds (DEATH)! Do you make an investment and utilize the substance of the enemy. Do you allow the dark kingdom’s thought , beliefs, music, and culture be the sustenance that fills your hungry soul? What do you stand for? Are you faithful to the God (LIFE)that you call on in trouble, pain, and need? Do you only use Him for what you can’t do for yourself. Are you one who begs and pleads for the power of the Almighty God after you’ve allowed the adversary to lead you into a corner of emptiness and pain. Does your spirit rest comfortably when you listen to the music that sets the world in a frenzy of celebration or are you offended that the devil would have the nerve to even try it! What do you stand for?
Many within the body of Christ have become sell outs, diseased counterfeits of holiness and truth. We were commanded to come OUT from among them. We were commanded to allow our light to shine so that we can bring illumination to a dark world. We were/are NOT permitted to join the world in worshipping idol gods, dancing naked around the golden calf (read Exodus 32). We were commanded to go and teach others the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will not be given a pass to mix it up with the world. Who are we to take ourselves out of our anointed positions? We live in misalignment of our heavenly places and miss our blessings, and then only seek the blessing when there is a need in our lives. Why not seek the God of the blessing (Matthew 6:33). God IS NOT Santa Claus! God is not an phone order store. When I was a little girl, I remember the church singing a song called, Jesus is on the main line, call him up and tell him what you want. Is that how this is supposed to work, we call him up and tell him what we want? When will we give Him what He wants (Matthew 5:17)? So often we make decisions and live in sin, and because we say the name Jesus, we proceed as though that will make a wrong – right. Well, unfortunately that is not the case. We will answer for every choice that we live outside of His plan. There is a consequence for every choice made. God told us that the reward of sin is death ~ some of us are too old and been in church too long not to believe TRUTH! If the church requires deliverance every Sunday and the saints cannot get it together, how do we expect to minister to a dying world? I’m just asking, what do you stand for? What do you believe? What will you choose?
