There were times in my life where I found myself moving, changing, altering my life very often. I had no problem with moving every year, every week if I could. I enjoyed being able to start fresh, meet new people, see new things. I guess changing frequently afforded me an opportunity to learn to be flexible and ready to embrace change. I felt guilty for many years as my girls would remind me that they have been a new student in (um hum) schools. I didn’t mind change when they were small because I understood that if the home rules and order remained the same and I was the same, that it would not effect them negatively.
Fortunately, I dealt with my guilt (yay), I recognized that military people did this all of the time (my free pass) and I have taught my girls to be able to move with change. I thank God today for the opportunity to have multiple changes in my track record, because of it I take life lightly, I laugh, I have learned to be content in whatsoever situation I find myself in, and I have learned patience.
Most times our life experiences is for our learning. These are the lessons that build us into the people that we are designed to become. I thank God that I have learned to rock with it, roll with it. To understand that flexibility in life will allow you many opportunities that rigidity will never allow. Change is inevitable, change is hard, change is necessary. But, above all else CHANGE IS GOOD.
Be changed for your destiny …………
